TAOISM, CONFUCIANISM, SHINTO, AND BUDDHISM

This group believe that truth is universal (everyone has different truth). They practice ancestral spiritual worship. They practice animism and the appeasing of evil and good spirits. They do not believe in sin, salvation, and end of the world. There is no belief in heaven or hell.

Taoism or harmony and Confucianism or social order comes from China. Shinto (the practice of Taoism, Confucianism and Buddhism) comes from Japan. Buddhism does not believe in any god. Buddhism was brought out of Hinduism. They believe in enlightenment. It is founded in India, but headquartered in Thailand.

However, we Christians believe that truth is absolute (only one truth). We believe in God, not in enlightenment. We neither worship ancestors nor animals.
