Our goal is to “ …………. Always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for hope that is in you” (1 Peter 3:15). We are a Christian missionary organization. We believe that the Bible's message is preserved even though it is translated into different languages. The scripture is translated so that the gospel can spread to the unreached. God is using the church to reach the world. We believe that Jesus Christ is God (Colossians 1:15-20). He is the only way, truth, and life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). Studying the life of Jesus Christ demonstrates conclusively that He is the way, truth, and life. There is overwhelming evidence that Jesus is who He claimed to be. In pursuit of truth, we believe that the gospel is shared out of the love for the hearer. The hearer receives the gospel if he understands the love of the preacher and Jesus Christ. The hearer will engage with the preacher in the gospel message if the hearer believes that the preacher loves him or her. Winning a soul for Christ is not an overnight event. We believe that there is no way the gospel will be altered without being detected. We believe in the coherency of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum in Apologetics, Truth, Absolutes, Relativism, Morality, Tolerance, Critical Thinking
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for Evangelists
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of Evangelists
- Assess and evaluate Evangelist's progress and provide feedback to them
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources
- Maintain accurate records of Evangelist's attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate effectively with Evangelists and colleagues

Requirements
-Master's or PhD degree in Christian Theology
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in Christian Religion, Ethics, Worldview Philosophies, Belief Systems, Ancient Near Eastern Religions, and Other Ancient Religions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work as part of a team
