Hinduism believes in millions of gods (33 million gods and counting). Hinduism is based on evolving concept of God. Adherents of this religion believe in the next life as a consequence of what you did in the previous life. In Hinduism, there is no god that has settled the issue of sin – no god can solve it. They believe in Karma – you reap what you sow. Hinduism does not have any element of forgiveness.

However, Christianity believes that you can escape the wages of sin through Christ (Romans 6:23). Christianity believes in forgiveness of sins and peace in the heart. Christ has solved the issue of sin on the cross (John 19:30, Hebrews 9:12, 26). We believe in one God, not millions of gods (Exodus 20:3-4, Exodus 22:20, Luke 4:8, John 4:24, 1 Chronicles 16:25, 1 Timothy 2:5-6).
